Q: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR AN APARTMENT?
Income Requirement of at least 3.5x's the rental rate in per month. Minimum credit score of 625, we process Equifax credit reports. No felonies, evictions or bankruptcies in the past 7 years, and you must have good standing with previous landlord.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET APPROVED?
The approval process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
Q: IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?
There is a $50 application fee. This fee must be paid before the application can be processed.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEASE TERMS?
Leases are 12 months long, rolling over to at will (month to month) after the 12 month term expires. Renewing another 12 months is not required.
Q: IS THERE LAUNDRY ON SITE?
All of our apartment buildings offer coin operated laundry rooms. Parkview Apartments, Graham Rd. townhouses and Rosamond Ranchplex/Townhouses offer W/D hookups in the basements for personal use.
Q: DO YOU HAVE STUDENT HOUSING?
We have a variety of locations near the University of Akron that may interest students, but none of our apartment buildings are exclusively for students.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL MY UTILITY BILLS COST?
To get an accurate idea of the utility cost, you can contact the utility companies and request an estimate for the address of the apartment you are considering.

Q: What is considered a Maintenance Emergency?
A true emergency is something that threatens your physical being or the safety of the structure. If you have any of the problems listed below, please call our 24 hour emergency number, 330-374-6106.

Q: How do I qualify for an apartment if I am self employed and don't have paystubs?
Regardless of your income source, all applicants must meet the same requirements. If you are self employed, there are a number of ways that you can prove your income without a paystub. The list below are examples of documents we may request to verify your income.
