Complete application

Pay $50 application fee when applying

upload 2 recent pay stubs/proof of income

Upload copy of drivers license/passport

Once all documents are submitted, it takes appx. 2-3 days for application to be approved

After your approved, you will receive an email with move in details
-
To hold apartment until move in day, 1/2 security deposit must be paid with credit card, money order or cash to hold apartment until move in day
